Message from Sri Sri Mangeshda (Annual Day 2007)

SadgurujiHari Om!

It is a pleasure to announce that we are celebrating the 14th Annual Day of our Institute and the 9th Anniversary of our magazine, ‘The Awakening!’. My congratulations to all the organisers for their commendable efforts and heartfelt compliments to the Editorial Team!

The awareness of mankind and humanity is going to be the key factor for the future. With this object in mind, I am propagating the motto of Unconditional Love and Unconditional Forgiveness as an all-time remedy to break all the barriers of caste, creed, religion, geographical as well as of status, colour etc. In retrospect, I see, a huge success of this ‘mantra’ all over the world. There is nothing beyond this Love. The purpose of living, developing and expanding our self, reaches ultimately to understanding our own Self. Whether one is a rationalist or a ‘believer’, finally he would come to the same conclusion that the Love works miracles. Read more »

Kriya Yoga- A Path of Self Believing

SadgurujiThe word KRIYA means activity or movement - activity or movement of awareness or consciousness. It also means practical or preliminary action.

In contrast to other forms of Yoga, Kriya Yoga does not ask you to curb your mental fluctuations but asks you to purposely create activity in your consciousness. In this way, mental faculties are harmonised and flower to their fullest potential and coordination is brought about between the nervous system and the brain.

There are no restrictions or barriers to those who want to practise Kriya Yoga. Your religion, age, social- status, diet does not bar you from practising Kriya Yoga. According to me Kriya Yoga is an ideal method for the man of today. Only the important requirement of successful practice of Kriya Yoga is correct preparation and constant touch with ‘Guru’ who understands, rectifies your mistakes and guides you for the proper practice of Kriya.
